Dale Carpenter – Salesmanship Superstar Review

Dale Carnegie was born in 18UGC, although he was born in Pittsburgh. He is most famous for his book, “The Autobiography of an Unhappy Woman”. His life spanned three decades from 18phia to 19phia, but his most famous books are “How to Win Friends and Influence People” and “The Secret”. Additionally, he was an associate of writer Mark Twain, illustrator Louis L’Amour, and author Herman Melville. He also wrote a number of articles for prominent publications.

During his time at school, Carnegie excelled in science and math, but did poorly in the reading department. It was in this area that he honed his verbal skills and began to write his first pieces of fiction. Eventually, his teachers took notice of his talent and recruited him to teach English at Boston University, which was then considered to be amongst the top colleges in the nation. From there, his reputation began to grow, even receiving the university’s prestigious Outstanding Achievement in Teaching award.

Throughout his time at BU, Carnegie developed a reputation as being a good teacher. In fact, many students praised his ability to get students to read and write well. However, his greatest claim to fame came from the classroom, where his students came to admire him for his passion and commitment to the courses. One of his students was Willard White, who went on to become a renowned educator and public speaker. Others included John Steinmetz, recipient of the Carnegie Prize; Henry Louis Sullivan, editor in chief of The New York Times; and Allen Ginsberg, who was to become one of the most influential American poets.

As it turned out, however, Dale Carnegie had a difficult time getting any recognition for his teaching credentials, as well as his business practices. In fact, until the early nineteen-hundreds, the Carnegie Corporation regarded him as an “outsider”. It was only later, after having a long telephone conversation with a fellow entrepreneur, that Carnegie realized the true value of his position and realized that he could not be considered a true outsider. He was to turn in his ideas and his talents to the corporation for a share of its profits.

In the years since, Dale has continued to teach and to work with others in the field of business. His knowledge of salesmanship has made him an invaluable resource to many individuals, both those who are in the business and those who have been in business for some time. His willingness to help others is evidenced by the many books, articles, courses and even a reality television series that he has produced over the years. All of which has made him a very wealthy man indeed.

Of course, his salesmanship has also translated into success. Many people who are into the art of selling and business do not realize the importance of presenting themselves in a manner that is honest and sincere. They can easily become “over-promotional” when they speak about themselves and their companies in a way that is dishonest and self-serving. Dale Carpenter has always presented himself in the best possible manner and has always been honest and straightforward with people who needed and truly deserved it.
